As I’m building her.ceo, I’m also building my customer base. I talk to people and also communicate to potential customer in social media. But my networking skills is not about quantity is about quality. Ill rather much develop a relationship with a customer than just getting his/her business card or sending out an email… As we all know thanks to the internet how we advertise has completely changed and is still changing . As Instagram and Facebook move to placing their top posts on their user timeline, we have to change how we communicate with people and let me tell you developing more customers and not responding is not the best way .
When someone comments in a post or ,status or photo on my profile I reply. By replying you as building something with the customer and you are reminding the customer that you are humble for replying. How can you network ? When I was brainstorming on more ideas for her.CEO , I started asking my current readers what they will like to see more or what do they is missing in the market. ASK. Ask your current customer what would they like to see. Your current customer will referred your business to new customers and that’s always a plus Use social media outlets. When someone comments on your post, reply and stay engage with that customer . an example of a business that always replies to its customer is the champagne diet and womaneur . These are business with over a 1000 followers in social media and they always reply to their customer .They have build their business base on customer loyalty . don’t worry how many followers you have, engage with your customer .
